SlamDunkerz Basketball a brand new program. It will provide kids with the B.E.S.T.™ basketball experience in a simple straight forward manner. The goal is to learn skills but have fun first. Each of the classes will offer a FUN, ENERGETIC, POSITIVE, ENCOURAGING and ACTIVE program they can walk away from learning and asking for more. Each week the 45 -50 minutes classes offer a different skill i.e (Ball Handling/ Dribbling, Defense, Jumping, Passing, Shooting and the Triple Threat position.) It will be taught, practiced and then applied in small sided scrimmages. SlamDunkerz does not offer competitive league type games but once the program takes off, we will begin to create an additional inter-program tournament package which can pin team vs team or facility vs facility.

-	SlamDunkerz Basketball charges an annual license fee for a basic package
-	In addition to our Basic Package you can purchase into an optional annual support, graphics and renewal package, all of which is defined in our licensee packet.
-	Start-up costs are exceptionally reasonable. An initial start-up investment for the SlamDunkerz Basketball program is between $7,500 and $15,000, depending on marketing costs.
-	SlamDunkerz Basketball classes are conducted indoor or outdoors, so there are options for you to be able to hold your program year round.
-	Classes can be hosted on any open space, including gyms, roller rinks, basketball courts or church/community recreation centers that have basketball nets or can accommodate storage of portables. And you pay “rent” only for the hours you conduct classes, no paying for down-time. If you have your own facility – NO RENTAL FEES – JUST PURE PROFIT and NEW CUSTOMERS!

Marketing Materials Include: All pieces will be customized at time of agreement and provided as pdf’s so licensee can print. Customization includes inclusion of facility name, address, website and phone #. All additional changes will be billed at graphics rate of $50 an hour. Most changes take less then 1 hour.

Territory

-	10 mile radius protected territory
-	First right of refusal (2 month window to secure) in other surrounding areas outside protected area.
-	Additional 10 mile radius provided at annual reduced rate
	$2,500 for 2nd territory, $1,000 per additional territory (10-mile protected territory)

Optional Graphics and License Operational Support: $1,500 annually:

-	Available marketing pieces customized and pdf’s provided upon request
-	Does not include any new custom pieces not included in initial package.
-	Monthly teleconference calls with individual licensee to discuss business (marketing, and advertising) strategies
-	2 Days of on-site training at licensees location (licensee pays all travel ”hard” costs)
-	Timely update to new business strategies and operational advice

Curriculum
12 week lesson plan for four different age groups:

-	Hoppin Hoopsters (2 Year Olds)
-	Lil Dribblers (Ages 3 to Under 5)
-	Baseline Beginners (Ages 5 to Under 7)
-	Slam Masters (Ages 7 to Under 10)
-	Super SlamDunkerz (Ages 10 to Under 13)

Annual License Renewal
$2,500 annual renewal fee for main territory, $1,250 for 2nd and $500 per additional which includes:

-	Continued use of SlamDunkerz Logo and Marketing Materials in primary territory ($500 per additional territory)
-	Continued territory protection
-	Curriculum Updates (one update every 18-24 months)
-	One (1) Licensee Training Conference at corporate office in Peoria, AZ (travel costs to be paid by licensee)
